Danielle co-leads leads the creative team with a combination of design strategy and innovation that breathes life into every project. With 20 years of design and marketing experience, her specialty lies in creating functional designs that effectively promotes brand awareness in both digital and print mediums, while also excelling in project management
Over the course of her career, Danielle has lent her expertise to a variety of B2B and B2C industries ranging from advertising to wine & spirits, athletics, and construction. She is a graduate of Salve Regina University with a BA in Communications Media Technology and Graphic Design.
CHRISTIAN MERHY
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Christian Merhy is a strategist, marketing leader, and orchestrator of launch invasions. For more than 25 years, Christian has been disrupting the status quo by helping SaaS companies launch new businesses and products.
He has led marketing and product teams at organizations both large and small, including Rational Software, Ipswitch, BMC Software, Fairwarning, Imprivata, Samanage, and Peoplefluent. Blending right-brain creativity and left-brain analytical skills, Christian is passionate about helping others realize their strategic vision.
In 2011, he founded Invado Group and assembled a full-cycle team of industry and marketing experts. Since then, Invado Group has accelerated the growth of 50-plus venture-backed brands spanning a variety of industries and markets.
ZANE SPORRER
DIRECTOR OF IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES
Zane helps clients tell their story through animation, video production, and graphic design. With an ability to present complex ideas in an understandable package; Zane focuses on keeping viewers engaged by creating interesting and emotive animations.
Having worked as a freelance designer his breadth of work extends to many fields and scales of project. He holds a BFA in both Graphic and Interactive Design from Robert Morris University in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.

MIKE DITSON
VP OF STRATEGY
Mike leads product strategy for client engagements including value proposition design, business modeling, customer development, product positioning, and product packaging and pricing. A veteran of five startup enterprises, Mike has extensive experience successfully introducing new products to market.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Babson College.
