Omnivore was working to scale its market presence in the hyper-competitive restaurant technology sector. The market has benefited from increased demand as restaurants seek to find new channels for growth. Omnivore provided the ability for restaurant brands to seamlessly integrate with their existing Point-of-Sale solutions, restaurants have a simple path to stretch their operations, and their profits. Omnivore management needed to reposition its overall marketplace value as it extended its product lines and launched a third-party marketplace for vendors that leveraged its API.

Invado Group augmented Omnivore’s go-to-market strategy and execution to correctly position their offering and enable growth. As part of this effort, Invado Group accelerated growth in the first 90 days by:


  • Re-designing the Omnivore Marketplace to leverage the same content management platform as the corporate site.
